A 170-acre farm with 440-meter frontage to the Maroochy River has just been sold for a record price. 199 Yandina Bli Bli Road, Maroochy River was sold to western Queensland couple for a record $5,650,000.
The farm is fully cleared, level to a gentle slope and is currently being utilised as grazing land which will carry approximately 120 breeders. The farm has approximately 440 metre frontage to the Maroochy River on its northern boundary while half of the western boundary boarders Caboolture Creek. Great northern views to Mt Ninderry and Mt Coolum are obtained on the land. The majority of the land is flood free with only approximately 10 acres flood prone.
Greg Young from Young Property Group who negotiated the sale said that the land was an exceptional parcel of land located only 4 klms from the Yandina Township. We have been marketing the farm for a number of years however with the increase in market activity we are currently experiencing we ended up with three interested parties all wanting to put their name on the title. The Western Queensland couple were the eventual winners.
