2. There are 5 paddocks, with good fencing for cattle and a set of yards with a loading ramp. There is also a very large paddock that could be suitable for horse facilities for agistment or used for crops once again.

3. There is an extensive irrigation system that covers the entire property. The main pump is a 3-phase pump from dam 1. The second dam is spring-fed. It has a fire fighter pump that is used to top up dam 1.

4. Improved pastures: Currently, the predominant grass is Rhodes grass. The soil being very rich, it can support 12 head of cattle in the back paddocks, using strip grazing. Good quality hay is cut from the 5-6 acre paddock.

Future Use of the Land
Due to the excellent soil type and irrigation system, the property could once again be a highly productive strawberry farm. Another option would be to develop a horticultural or market garden pursuit. This mixed farming acreage is perfect for the hobby farmer who wishes to raise sheep (Dorper) or goats, or have a horse and cattle agistment enterprise.
