Horse Property

Who are we and why?

Horseproperty.com.au has been developed for real estate agents, to assist vendors throughout Australia to attract horse property buyers for their listed equine properties.

“The original idea for a specialised horse property web site came from talking to buyers who expressed their frustration with the fact that they found it difficult to search and find horse related properties on the web. Hence the birth of Horseproperty.com.au,” says Greg Young, Managing Director of horseproperty.com.au.

Greg has owned and operated his own real estate office on the Sunshine Coast in Queensland since 1992 and knowing how well connected horse owners were saw a huge gap in the market.

“People know each other through various clubs, associations and riding disciplines, keeping this in mind, we have designed our web site to be more than just a property web site. Included is a comprehensive directory where associated industries can promote themselves directly to the horse community by region, state or nationally, with no wasted expenditure,” says Greg.

Providing a free service to Pony Clubs, Associations and Societies, to assist people when moving to new locations, is a huge asset. Placing them in touch with like-minded equestrians as well as businesses, ensures people settle into their new environment easily and can make sound judgements on where best to purchase a property.

The Rent section is specifically for people who require equestrian facilities when searching for home or property. Whether it is a rental property or simply agistment, the web site can be a very time and cost efficient way of getting the message across about services or assistance for potential real estate agency clients.

We are always eager to improve our web site and expand our support to the horse community, therefore we appreciate any suggestions you may have to make horseproperty.com.au even better.

Thank you for your support.
